My Journey: Three Times From Nothing
London, UK: The Foundation I started my first roofing business with borrowed ladders and my wife’s car. I didn’t have a marketing budget, so I had to learn how to stand out. I built that business into a 7-crew operation, became a vetted member of the NFRC (National Federation of Roofing Contractors), and eventually held a featured stand at the Ideal Home Show, one of the biggest home exhibitions in Europe.
Valencia, Spain: The Communication Shift After moving to the Mediterranean, I created the first bilingual business magazine serving the Valencia and Alicante coasts. From Denia to Altea, I helped English and Spanish businesses cross borders and find customers during a global economic shift. We couldn’t print copies fast enough to meet the demand.
Alberta, Canada: The $5M Recovery I arrived in Canada in 2012 with three kids and “very little” after the 2008 crash. I started with a roofing company that had zero leads and negative equity. By applying the exact marketing and sales systems I teach today, I helped build that operation into a market leader generating $5M+ annually.
Today, I apply these same growth systems as a Senior Sales Consultant for a premier flat roofing firm in Edmonton, while managing the digital strategy that keeps them at #1.
