Refund Policy, Books
Summary
All sales are final for digital products. Once your download starts, refunds are not available. If you have a technical problem with the file, we will re-supply it promptly.
What this policy covers
This policy applies to Book 1, The Foundation, including any bonus files delivered with your purchase. It covers purchases made directly on this website only.
No refunds for digital downloads
Because Book 1 is delivered as a digital download, you receive the full product immediately. For this reason, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the download has started.
Technical issues, we will replace the file
If your file is corrupted, incomplete, or will not open, email info@marketinggrowthhub.com within 14 days of purchase. Include your order number and the email used at checkout. We will re-supply or replace the file at no cost.
Duplicate or accidental purchase
Contact us within 14 days at info@marketinggrowthhub.com if you believe you purchased the same product twice. If one of the orders has not been downloaded, we will cancel that order as a courtesy.

Please include your name, order number, and the email used at checkout. We reply within 2 business days. Banks can take 3 to 10 business days to show any courtesy adjustments on your statement.
EU and UK digital content consent
At checkout you will be asked to confirm the following:

I want immediate access to the digital download, and I acknowledge that I will lose my right to cancel once the download begins.

I agree to the single company licence and no redistribution.
We record this consent with the order to comply with UK and EU consumer rules for digital content.
What is not covered

Third-party services or tools, for example hosting, themes, or plugins.

Purchases made through other sellers or marketplaces.

Requests that relate to preference or taste, for example “I do not like it,” after access is delivered.
Chargebacks
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us first at info@marketinggrowthhub.com so we can help quickly. Unauthorised chargebacks may be disputed with your card issuer.
Licence reminder
Your purchase grants a single company, non-transferable licence to use the files internally. You may not share, resell, upload, or redistribute the files outside your company.
